Service Tech support Engineer

What you’ll do:
1. Responsible for the technical support of UPS, MDC, energy storage, power module and other products in China;
2. Responsible for improving the overall technical level of the service execution team, upgrading management and project management of major events
3. Responsible for solving major on-site events and difficult problems, providing analysis reports and solutions
4. Responsible for the technical docking window between the service department and the quality and R&D, feedback the product problems and customer needs of the client, and assist in continuous improvement and enhance product competitiveness

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in power electronics, electrical automation and other related majors;
More than 10 years of UPS technical support experience
More than 10 years of UPS technical support experience
Skills:
Working experience in the development of power supply products such as UPS, switching power supply, inverter is preferred;
Excellent communication, coordination and document editing skills;
Familiar with various data center related standards and specifications, such as GB-50174, TIA-942, etc.;
CET-6, proficient in writing and communicating in English
