Description and Requirements
1. 负责公司ZUI OS的大版本规划，包括产品主张，产品概念卡，和卖点top use case；排优先级，跟踪研发可行性，制定开发优先级，分解需求及讨论细化需求转化，上市时间等；
2. 负责ZUI 所有feature的迭代和中长期演进策略，优先级排序等；
3. 对ZUI整体交互、体验负责，确保用户体验优化、功能完善，提升产品黏度，提升用户体验，对日常数据进行跟踪和研究，并据此调整产品和运营策略，分析产品运营效果和用户反馈，制定产品优化方案；
4. 负责跟进Google大版本升级策略，和制定ZUI大版本发布节奏、跟进整机节奏策略等；
5. 参与产品功能运营，对用户数据和反馈进行跟踪和分析，定期输出用户使用报告；
6. 负责ZUI软件产品的项目管理，通过和市场、设计、开发等团队的沟通协作，确保产品功能开发的连贯性和时效性；
7. 负责ZUI OS团队的管理工作，团队成长，人才培养，内部培训等；
