About this opportunity:
Responsible for defining and communicating a solution vision to enable service delivery platform enhancement in conjunction with people transformation to enable the transformations objectives and requirements. The transformation program will improve ways of working, automation, and culture in the Ericsson service delivery organization through focusing on delivery flow optimization, output centric view and a culture of continuous innovation, optimization, and change.

Responsible for defining and communicating a solution vision to enable service delivery platform enhancement in conjunction with people transformation to enable the transformations objectives and requirements. The transformation program will improve ways of working, automation, and culture in the Ericsson service delivery organization through focusing on delivery flow optimization, output centric view and a culture of continuous innovation, optimization, and change.
What you will do:
- Accountable for the steering the solution backlog to enable the program objectives and requirements.
- Lead and facilitate discussions across product owners and architects to continuously develop the solution backlog and solution roadmap.
- Facilitates the alignment of work and prioritization of work across the product owners to enable optimal business value achievement.
- Develop/Review/Support business case creation for new opportunities/digital initiatives/strategic execution priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Business, IT Experts, Process Experts & senior stakeholders, approved external vendors to identify digital opportunities.
- Supporting a lean portfolio management governance model to address new initiative intake, agile budget management, new initiative intake/change management, KPI reporting, value driven priority setting (aligned to organization goals, business value over cost of delay type calculation)
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement & feedback, effective communication, and a continuous learning/development culture.
- Facilitate the alignment of key stakeholders and adoption enablers to support the programs success rollout of initiatives involving changes to tools, automations, processes, and culture.
- Facilitate cross initiative dependency management and cross initiative collaboration.
- Collaborate with L&D teams, People Business Partners for creation/evolution of Learning & Development programs, organizational impacts due to transformation initiatives.
- Bring External Best Practices to the transformation program.
The skills you bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading innovation, transformation, and organizational change management initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining large scale program solutions and associated backlogs.
- Experience maintaining information in tools such as Share Point, Confluence, JIRA or other content management systems, communication portals, or wiki-type systems
- Experience planning, developing, and implementing Digital Transformation initiatives and Agile frameworks such as SAFe© / Scrum / Kanban
