• Primary Responsibilities:
  • GM Assistant
    • Calendar/meeting management and follow up
    • General GMO data record and collection, staff meeting action item tracking
    • Travel arrangement
    • Expense reimbursement
    • Group event/meal arrangement
    • Facilitate with local government interactions
  • Team Assistant
    • As contact window with internal supporting function departments, such as Legal, GSS, Finance, HR, Facility, IT, etc.
    • with Legal: contract terms review, NDA review and sign, anti-corruption waiver…
    • with GSS: set up new vendors includes selection and negotiation, raise PR in Coupa, Goods receive…
    • with Finance: assist Finance on budget forecasting and consolidation where needed, promoting/ensuring team compliance with China T&E policy…
    • with HR: co-work on team meeting or events and activities organizing, training organizing and record, onsite interview coordinating if needed…
    • with Facility: new employee work space arrangement, employee badge…
    • with IT: raise tickets to IT on general office IT infrastructure status, security issue…
  • Support local and global guests travel to and work in Nanjing office

• Position Requirements:
  • More than 2 years direct working experience in admin function and senior leader assistant, with Bachelor or above degree
  • Hi-Tech and/or Semiconductor industry background would be a plus
  • Fluent speaking and written skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with various Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Good team work and communication skills
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
