Sr. Analyst, Benefits Solutions

Description
-
Deliver day-to-day benefits, retirement and absence management services and support in accordance with Company policies and programs. - Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to improve overall outcomes, productivity, and accuracy.
- Partner with third party vendors to ensure they deliver on Performance Standards and scope of services.
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalations, demonstrating a high level of customer service.
- Lead data integrity efforts to ensure employee benefits, retirement and leaves programs are being delivered according to legal and company standards.
- Consult with Total Rewards COE and/or third party vendors on product or service enhancements and/or changes.
- In partnership with internal business partners and third party vendors, ensure that all quality control objectives are being met.
- Partner with managers and team leads on training for internal and third party vendor resources as needed.
Qualifications
-
3 years relevant experience in benefits, absence administration, or retirement administration - Knowledge of the benefits, retirement and absence management outsourcing industry
- Project management skills
- Strong skill in data analysis and data processing
- Mandarin and English fluency is required
- Ability to manage multiple task/priorities
- Strong customer service and responsiveness values
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
- This position may require up to 10% travel.
