• Ensures that the organization operates and complies with established policies/procedures
• Ensure compliance with local laws & regulations regarding privacy and data protection
• Cultivate a company culture that respects privacy and data protection
• Identify internal and external influences to the organization to ensure that these factors are continually addressed by the strategy of company privacy and data protection

Key Responsibilities

• Enforces data governance practices and policies across different stakeholders and data systems in the enterprise
• Iterates local policy/SOP/guideline to align with global ones
• Support company global process/tool adoption in China in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Maintain a company privacy inventory in collaboration with Privacy Network and business owners
• Promotes awareness of the company's privacy and data protection program and requirements across the local organization
