Job Purpose

This position is to collaborate with respective HR teams to bring HR expertise to SHP management team and employees, leverage company resources to translate business priorities and people strategy to HR solutions.


Essential Responsibilities

1. Support HR Manager for communication and execution of HR Policies and Processes, ensure HR practices in compliance with company guideline. Regularly train and refresh managers and employees of HR policies and process. Provide timely respond to their questions.
2. Support HR Manager for Sr.Leader engagement with employees, and employee engagement activities, collect feedback,suggestion to improve employee experience and employee satisfaction on organization, process and career development.
3. Support HR Manager to understand biz priorities, develop manpower planning and talent development plan, leverage company resources to deliver HR solutions.
4. Keep monitoring HR data and reports, e.g. attrition rate, time to fill days, monthly OT, analyze data, and provide suggestion for optimization.
5. Tackle employee related issues, consult SABIC legal, local labor administration, ensure solutions are aligned with key stakeholders.
6. Be responsible for the hiring and exit process.
7. Support the Talent Review Process (TRP).
8. Regularly refresh employees with the update on employee benefits scheme.
9. As per site ISO and OMS requirements, develop annual training plan with site managers, monitor and ensure effective execution.

10. Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • At least 5 years solid HR generalist working experience in multinational manufacturing company with 200+ employees
  • Recruiting, employee relation experience and payroll experience are must
  • Experience in employee engagement activities is preferred
  • Proficient knowledge in China labor law
  • Good command of HR process, e.g. hiring, exit, performance management
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel formulas, e.g. if, vlookup, pivot
  • ISO 9001 knowledge
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Well organized, structured approach for problem solving with carefulness, fairness & integrity mindset
