We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Service Manager.
Business: Wealth & Personal Banking IT
Principal responsibilities

• Provide technical product oversight on Web technologies. For example, but not limited to, security vulnerability management, implementation standards, automation for installation, configuration and patch management, estate management, technical support, product roadmaps etc. as key object.
• In line with the Dev Ops strategy, you will work closely with the application and infrastructure POD SMEs to ensure these critical services function to the required standards.
• Provide Web technologies technical experience and troubleshoot issues when faced in real time environment, assist to Messaging global platform stableness.
• Setup automation(s) to take out waste
• Consolidate and reduce infrastructure complexity
• Testing and implementing upgrades and patches
• Configuring and testing production environments
• Manage authorization groups, create, delete, add resource to an authorization group, or remove resource from an authorization group or list
• Install and uninstall an application and stop and start the servers

Requirements

• Strong communication skills on both written and oral English, nice to have skill on oral Cantonese.
• Capable to investigate on technology challenge.
• Minimum 3 ~5 years experience and working knowledge of the Web technologies like WAS, Walfly, Liberty Profile, IIS/IHS, Portal, Apache, etc.
• Awareness on LDAP will be beneficial
• Experience with Dev Ops tools such as Git Hub, Confluence, and Jira and not limited
• Understanding of Puppet/Ansible/HPSA products for end point management and application deployment across a large infrastructure
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (ideally IBM Tivoli and CA Wily/Introscope) would be beneficial
• Experience in IBM MQ Administration and MQ Broker would be beneficial
