Responsibilities:
Provide technical solutions, recommendations, guidance, and assistance in marking and coding products to the service, sales, and track & trace teams.
Escalate critical product technical and quality issues to global teams while driving and coordinating the resolution of these problems.
Assist the R&D and the other teams related with technical tasks related in China to new product development.
Support open innovation initiatives in China.
Deliver technical training to service and sales teams within China.
Establish, enhance, and manage technical documentation including but not limited to training materials, technical bulletins, articles, etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the industrial equipment sector, laser equipment related experience is preferred.
Demonstrated excellent logical thinking skills, problem analysis and resolution capabilities, and strong resilience under pressure. As a technical support specialist, you will be required to address complex and challenging technical issues.
Passionate about technology-related work with a curiosity for innovation and strong learning aptitude.
Proficient in English reading and writing is essential; good oral communication skills in English are preferred.
Approximately 50% domestic travel may be required.

本科学历，自动化，电气，机械及相关工科类专业背景；
5年或以上工业设备领域技术工作经验，有激光标识设备相关经验优先；
优秀的逻辑思考能力、问题分析和解决能力、以及较强的抗压能力。作为技术支持，需要解决最复杂和挑战的技术问题；
热衷于技术工作，对技术有好奇心，学习能力强；
英语读写能力良好，能阅读英语技术资料；英语听说能力为加分项；
可接受50%左右、全国范围内的出差；
