Saint-Gobain Joinleader (Anhui) New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Saint-Gobain Group, is an excellent provider of adhesive and sealant products and solutions. The company is located in Huizhou District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, China, with an investment of 100 million CNY in the phase I and 200 million CNY in the phase II. The company is the largest exporter of adhesives in China, and its products are exported to more than 120 countries and regions around the world.

The Supply Chain manager is looking for a new person to join his team of four, to develop the S&OP process for the site. This person will work on the foundations of sales forecast and demand planning, material planning and procurement process.
Main responsibilities:
- Formulating and adjusting the production plan, scheduling, progress tracking, and on-time shipment of Plant orders.
- Implementation and control of material planning, material analysis and improvement, and reduce the phenomenon of downtime and waiting for materials.
- Organizing and managing the daily production plan and material planning management system, and timely grasping the status of production and materials.
- Coordinating the communication and cooperation between various departments, solving the problems in production in a timely manner, and ensuring that the continuity and progress of production meet the requirements of the plan.
- Analysis of the production progress data of the whole factory, submit the production progress report in a timely manner, and regularly feedback the implementation of the production plan of each workshop.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports of the factory production plan, and the statistics of production data, analysis of differences and reasons, improve production planning, and improve production efficiency.
- Support the replenishment, delivery and inventory of logistics and warehousing, and regularly coordinate and follow up the processing progress of sluggish materials.
Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?
- Master’s degree in statistics or supply chain.
- 2 year-experience in production planning and management.
- Ability to master data statistics, data analysis, summarization and improvement methods.
- Ability to prepare various reports (Excel, PPT, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to learn and work within a team.
- Fluency in English both spoken & written. Chinese is a plus!
