As we are continuing to grow our China Campus, we are looking for a Visual inspector to be based in Shanghai.

职位摘要Position Summary:

• 检查和去毛刺数控机床上生产的零件。
• 与CNC操作员协作在CNC生产车间工作，以生产符合质量标准的产品。
• 外观检验员和CNC操作员作为一个团队协同工作，检查零件。
• 所有的生产过程都经过100%的目视检查以确保质量。这是确保所有零件都符合士卓曼标准的关键职位。

• Inspect and deburr the parts produced on the CNC machines.
• Work on the production floor along with the Machine Operators to produce quality product.
• The Visual inspector and CNC Operators work together as a team to inspect the parts as they are made.
• All production runs are visually inspected 100% to ensure the quality. This is a key position in making sure all parts are made to Straumann’s standards.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

• Inspect parts 100% as they are produced.
• Make sure part finish quality is to requirements.
• Deburr parts as they come off machines.
• Work with Machine Operators to adjust the machine as needed.
• Follow procedures and complete documentation as needed.
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications
资质要求

• 至少1年的小型精密零件检查或去毛刺。
• 1年以上显微镜工作经验。
• 有医疗或牙科经验者优先。

• Minimum 1 years inspection or deburring of small precision parts.
• Minimum 1 year working with a microscope.
• Medical device experience a plus.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work with small high quality parts and recognize detail.
• Aptitude for high volume repetitive work.
