This role is responsible for implementing automation on different process. To ensure equipment are running with high performance and low variation.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

• Design and development of automation systems: Design and development of automation systems according to project requirements, including system architecture, selection of appropriate sensors and control devices, system programming and commissioning.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve faults in automation systems and perform system maintenance, including software upgrades, equipment replacements, and fault repairs. Ensure all machines troubleshooting timely. Ensure machines running well with high performance and low variations.

• Technical support : to provide equipment engineer with professional support including troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

• Equipment evaluation and acceptance: Responsible for the evaluation and acceptance of purchased automation equipment to ensure the normal operation of production. Participate in selection. Installation, commissioning and acceptance of new projects.

• Develop and improvement: Participate in the research and development of automation, digitalization and intelligent equipment.

Qualifications
资质要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above in an Engineering discipline, such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent background.

• 5-10 years working experience in the automation project.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Understand the principles of electrical engineering, including circuit design, the application of electronic components, sensors, and actuators.

• Familiar with the design and implementation of control systems, including PID control, motion control and process control. Knowledge of automation hardware:

• Knowledge of various automation hardware devices such as servo motors, frequency converters, human-machine interfaces (HMIs), robotics, and vision systems.

• Proficient in the use of relevant engineering software, such as Auto CAD, Solid Works, PLC programming software.
