Your Role

Your mission will be as the assistant to the CMDB data up-to-date.Use Power BI for data visualization and report creation to support daily work for the Group IT team.Learn and apply Power Automate to automate daily IT processes and improve work efficiency.Explore the application of Power Apps in IT service management, developing mobile applications to simplify workflows.


To succeed, you will need

Data Analysis Skills: Able to understand and analyze configuration data, identify patterns and trends in the data. Solid data analysis skills, the ability to conduct visual analysis, and some business understanding and creative thinking are preferred.
Attention to Detail: Pay high attention to the accuracy and detail of data, as the accuracy of CMDB is crucial for its effectiveness.
Organizational Skills: Able to organize and categorize large amounts of data to ensure its retrievability and maintainability.
Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with team members, understand their needs, and be able to explain the significance of CMDB data.
Power BI Skills: Proficient in Excel and skilled in Power BI visual analysis tool for ongoing analysis.
Quality Improvement Awareness: Supervise and evaluate the quality of care, and the application of continuous quality improvement in the reception
