Job Description
Job Summary:

• Product development for Vehicle Dynamic Sensors(e.g., Wheel Speed Sensor, Pressure Sensor...) in customer team.
• Responsible for product design and Validation&Verification&Application based on customer requirement

1. Perform products' mechanical / structure design based on customer requirement.
2. Maintain good technical communication with customer and internal CFT.
3. SE work with plant and tooling team during project development, support production and quality department on failure analysis and/or problem solving.
4. Lead customer requirement management, can check customer requirements with 4C criteria, and perform requirement analysis
5. Follow BES-PE methodology and tools to ensure development quality, and drive SE work for DFMA and DFC.
6. Create test plan base on the aligned customer project TCD, can lead problem solving when test failure

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above and major in Mechanical/Vehicle/Material Engineering
• Above 3 years product mechanical design;
• Familiar with CAD software like: UG / CATIA;
• Familiar with Engineering methodology, e.g. FMEA, DRBFM, GD&T.
• Good communication and English both in oral and written
• FEA and Mold flow experience is prefer
