Job Responsibilities

• Provide advisory to Wholesale Banking Business Segments according to both AML and non-AML business risk appetite as well as internal policy & procedures
• Manage on-going enhancements of key process & controls to address risks associated with specific products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with Group practice
• Provide guidance & oversight, propose/review of Wholesale Banking AML risk governance & framework as well as Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) related issues
• Lead thematic and/or ad-hoc risk-based review & testing leveraging DA tool, highlight key risks identified to management/stakeholders
• Coordinate internal/external inspections such as IA/Compliance reviews that relate to WB business including docs information collections, communication between review owner and respective BU and observation discussion and issues follow up etc
• Engage communication with WB & relative stakeholders to achieve operational excellence, addressing disagreements, conflicts
• Deliver training programs, risk circulars, reminders to frontline BU

Job Requirements

• At least 8-10 years’ working experience in the field of business assurance, risk management, or audit etc.
• Strong sense of risk management and business process
• Possess strong in-depth knowledge of wholesale banking business, risk categories, regulations and market practice
• Motivated, driven and ambitious and looking for challenges
• All-round team player
• Strong interpersonal, oral/written communication
