Job Mission
The Working Student in Ad Operations will support both creative management and data analysis. This role provides a unique opportunity for students to gain practical experience in ad tech by assisting in the management of creative assets, analysing campaign performance, and collaborating across various departments.
Job Responsibilities

• Creative Management:
  • Coordinate and assist in creative upload, manage, and maintain creative assets on Remerge platforms.
  • Track and monitor the performance of creatives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.
  • Provide insights into creative performance and suggest optimizations based on data trends.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Support the AM team in collecting and analyzing data from active campaigns to identify trends and key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools for data analysis and presentation of findings.

• Tracking link test
  • Complete simple link tests according to training requirements;

• Any Other tasks assigned by Country Manager

Job Requirements

• Education: Enrolled in a university degree program (preferably in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field).
• Skills:
  • Possessed basic English proficiency, as it is the primary working language in our organisation.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with and interpret large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Photoshop or Canva is beneficial but not mandatory.
