Description and Requirements
工作职责：
1. 负责全年促销节点整合营销方案的项目管理（包括但不限于618、双11、寒促、暑促等促销节点）；
2. 负责营销预算的制定和资源花费情况及ROI的追踪，为预算及其效果负责。
3. 负责市场及客户分析，结合营销活动效果的追踪，及时总结经验及不足，迭代沉淀整合营销模型。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，具备较强的营销策划能力，五年以上营销策划相关工作经验，操盘过大型营销活动，熟悉线下零售体系的营销玩法，尤其对OMO营销有过操盘经验者优先；
2. 具有丰富的项目管理经验，跨团队沟通能力强，资源整合能力强，推动力强，对结果负责；
3. 具备较强的PPT撰写能力及与目标制定、预算、结算相关的Excel技能；
4. 学习能力强，抗压能力强。
