What a typical day in this role would look like:

Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, customer concerns, and feedback.

Take ownership for revenue, profit/loss, and growth targets for assigned client accounts.

Identify upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewal opportunities, improving the value of Software One’s offerings for clients.
-
Supervise the progress of solution delivery, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
-
Proactively identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may arise during implementation.
-
Efficiently leverage Software One’s resources to respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver valuable services.
-
Engage technical guides, consultants, and other relevant teams as needed to support client requirements.
-
Continuously assess client accounts to identify expansion opportunities and enhance Software One’s presence.
-
Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs.
-
Supervise key performance indicators related to revenue, client satisfaction, and account growth.
-
Prepare regular reports and updates for internal customers, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
What we need to see from you:
Profile:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the energy sector within IT.
- Management of accounts in IT service sales for the energy sector.
- Managed key accounts in the energy industry.
- Skills in managing and strengthening long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the energy sector, including utilities, oil companies, and renewable energy firms.
- Experience coordinating and delivering complex IT projects within agreed timelines and budgets, ensuring implemented solutions add value to the client.
- Competence in communicating clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at technical and commercial levels, across different levels of the organization.
