Accounts Payable Analyst, Jr Adv-CO-Bogota

Right now, we are looking for an Accounts Payables Analyst to join our team in Bogota, Colombia!

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following:

Control Expenses operation and monthly closings.
Ensure all Expenses policies and procedures are adhered.
Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.
Investigates and resolves problems associated with expenses reimbursement and credit cards management.
Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.
Helps to define processes, methodologies, and work standards but also always is looking to improve existing processes.
Possesses autonomy to perform day to day tasks without constant supervision
Brings new and fresh ideas to the team/relevant stakeholders.

What will help you succeed:

Thorough understanding of general accounting.
Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various internal clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure.
Ability to work collaboratively & independently in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Concur knowledge.
More than 3 years of T&E process experience.
SAP
Concur (if possible)
