Position: Paid Search Specialist Location: Remote (Colombia) Work Mode: Remote Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Manage paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media
Conduct keyword research to drive traffic and conversions
Create engaging ad copy and landing pages
Monitor and optimize campaign performance
Stay updated on industry trends
Collaborate with content marketing and design teams
Provide reports and insights to stakeholders
Manage budgets effectively
Test and experiment with new strategies

Requirements:

3+ years of paid search experience
Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads
Strong analytical skills
Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Good communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency with Excel and other data tools
