Position: IT Recruiter
Location: Colombia
Work Mode: Remote
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and assist in the recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Understand international recruitment, communicate effectively, and proactively identify top talent in global markets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in an offshore or international (US & Canada) setting.
- Ideal experience in Infrastructure Tech recruiting.
- Strong understanding of global talent acquisition processes.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Job Diva.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in recruiting for tech roles is preferred.
- Desire to grow in the position and develop skills.
