Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions that streamline processes, enhance analytics, and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to enhance cross-functional capabilities and ensure data consistency.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce applications, from initial design and development through deployment, including data migration and system integration.
- Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to security standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Manage updates and changes, handle the change management process, and train users on new features to ensure smooth adoption.
- Stay updated on trends in the relevant industries to anticipate technological advancements and align our Salesforce strategies accordingly.
- Relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs and integration technologies, particularly with ERP systems and platforms like Mule Soft.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce product suite across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds.
- Salesforce Developer Certifications are highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
