Position Summary:

This role is pivotal in enhancing our market access and commercial strategies through data-driven analytics and reporting. By providing strategic insights into market access trends, barriers and commercial KPIs, the position delivers recommendations that inform key decisions at the senior management level. It requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies, address stakeholder needs, and support local business with specific requirements. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and optimizing business performance in alignment with market access dynamics and local business needs.
Work Model:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute Market Access/Commercial Analytics & Reporting initiatives in the affiliate, coordinating with local country leadership to support key decision-making on critical processes.
  • Examine and analyze various market access tools to identify trends, potential improvements, best practices, and unseen opportunities or risks.
  • Follow-up and analyze commercial KPIs to provide key insights to the business
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional areas to integrate Market Access and Commercial strategies and initiatives, supporting the identification and development of metrics used to measure success.
  • Identify and address stakeholder needs and concerns, ensuring a positive and productive partnership.
  • Support local business on specific needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience: At least 2 year of experience in business analytics, data management, with experience working in a matrix environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess a strong analytical profile (scientific profile is a plus), with proficiency in managing and analyzing information and databases (Data Analytics).
  • Change Management and Innovation: Embraces change, challenges the status quo, makes recommendations for improvements, and develops tools to simplify job tasks.
  • Project Management and Collaboration: Ability to handle multiple projects involving cross-functional partners, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
