Resume of the Position:
Demand planning is a collaborative process where cross-functional teams work together to forecast customer demand and drive sales growth while leveraging historical data, market trends, and shared insights to assure product availability, optimize supply chains, enhance inventory management, and capitalize on opportunities for increasing sales.

Key responsibilities:

DPA: Ensure right parameters in System, identify opportunities and drive solutions with key stakeholders
BIAS: Analyze trends, make adjustments, set parameters to balance inventory vs. sales deviations Slobs: Understand main opportunities, have alignement with MKT to reduce impact in KPI
CFF: Participate in predelivery meetings/SNP discipline and support actions to improve KPI
INV: To support inventory results
Participate/lead monthly GAP meeting
CAT/RE meeting issues escalation Monthly meetings with CDTs for sales trends analysis Quarterly/bi-annual planning by CDT/MKT
Volume analysis & APO upload New products planning meetings and analytics Customized/Collaborative planning

What do you need for the Position:

Bachelor´s Degree
At least 4 year of experience in planning, end to end processes or clients experience.
Intermediate English
SAP
