Job Opportunity: Remote Donor Engagement Associate (Colombia) We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Donor Engagement Associate to join our remote team! This role is based in Colombia and is key to building relationships with donors to support our mission.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact with donors, delivering outstanding customer service - Build and maintain relationships with donors to cultivate ongoing support - Manage donor communication through email, social media, and direct mail - Track donor engagement and fundraising metrics, and report on key trends -Assist with project management for fundraising events and campaigns - Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, such as tax laws and privacy policies - Stay informed on best practices in nonprofit fundraising to optimize donor engagement Requirements:- Located in Colombia (mandatory).- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, including customer service positions.- Experience in the nonprofit or NGO sector (a plus) - English B2+ level (mandatory) - Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills - Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks independently with great follow-up skills If you're enthusiastic about making a difference and enjoy building relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
