As a Drayage Operations Support you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Build loads in the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Quote Drayage freight, providing competitive and timely pricing.
• Track and trace Drayage and truckload shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform other related tasks as needed to support the Drayage and truckload operations.

Minimum requirements:

• Studies: A high school diploma is required. Additional studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or related fields in Logistics are considered a plus.
• Experience: Over 1 year of experience in bilingual customer service, operations or logistics (freight transportation). Logistics experience is desirable.
• Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
• Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
• Location: Only for Colombia. This position will be remote.
• Salary: 2.800.000 COP.
