We are expanding our production capacity and are looking for a skilled professional to handle Direct-to-Film (DTF), Direct-to-Garment (DTG), and Screen Printing services for our clients.
Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile DTF/DTG & Screen Printing Specialist who can manage all aspects of printing on garments, from setup to execution. This individual will handle custom printing for our clients, ensuring top-notch quality and precision. The role involves working with different materials, designs, and methods to create high-quality, fashion-forward garments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain DTF, DTG, and Screen Printing machines to produce custom-printed garments.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand client needs and ensure accurate printing.
• Manage and prepare artwork files for printing, ensuring proper sizing, placement, and color accuracy.
• Perform quality checks to ensure each print meets YMcouture’s high standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and methods to offer the best solutions to clients.
• Manage inventory and ensure all printing supplies are stocked and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Experience with DTF, DTG, and Screen Printing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on printing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Understanding of fashion and garment design is a plus.
