Estamos buscando planeador de producto terminado para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Con sede en Bogotá Colombia, Con el objetivo de Asegurar la disponibilidad de productos terminados manufacturados e importados, MTS y MTO, manteniendo el nivel de inventario de productos MTS y el nivel de servicio al cliente definido, asegurar la calidad del inventario reduciendo y controlando los inventarios obsoletos y de baja rotación, monitoreo semanal y diario de las órdenes de planificación.
Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a la compra y venta de productos intercompany, basado en las necesidades resultantes del proceso de S&OP
Principales Responsabilidades
Establecer y monitorear el cumplimiento de plazos de entrega al área comercial analizando la carga actual y los tiempos de ciclo de los productos y la disponibilidad de materias primas, junto al área de programación de producción y planeador de materia prima. Elaborar y hace cumplir el Plan de Producción mensual basado en el Forecast Comercial, considerando los requerimientos de servicio al cliente . Gestionar el proceso de Flujo de Información de la Producción entre el área Comercial y Planta Realizar mantenimiento del sistema con relación a los parámetros de planificación de productos terminados bajo su gestión. Asegurar la disponibilidad de productos terminados manufacturados e importados, MTS y MTO, manteniendo el nivel de inventario de productos MTS y el nivel de servicio al cliente definido. Asegurar la calidad del inventario reduciendo y controlando los inventarios obsoletos y de baja rotación. Monitoreo semanal y diario de las órdenes de planificación. Crea y convierte órdenes de planificación en órdenes de producción Crear solicitudes y efectúa el control de las compras de productos terminados importados MTS/ MTO manteniendo controles e información del sistema actualizada, elaborando estadísticas, a fin de entregar información a la dirección y controlar su evolución. Responsable del flujo intercompany de productos terminados entradas y salidas. Desarrollar y mantener al día los documentos necesarios del Sistema de Gestión de ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y ISO 45001 de productos terminados. Identifica e implementa oportunidades de mejora al proceso de Planificación de la empresa.
¿A quién buscamos?
- Profesional en Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería Industrial o afines
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados
- Conocimiento en S&OP, costos, presupuestos, manejo de proveedores
- Nivel de ingles mínimo B1.

Overview and main functions
We are looking for a finished product planner to join our team.
Based in Bogota Colombia, With the objective to Ensure the availability of manufactured and imported finished products, MTS and MTO, maintaining the MTS product inventory level and defined customer service level, ensure inventory quality by reducing and controlling obsolete and slow-moving inventories, weekly and daily monitoring of planning orders.
Manage and follow up on intercompany product purchase and sales, based on needs resulting from the S&OP process.
Main Responsibilities.
1. Establish and monitor the compliance of delivery deadlines to the commercial area by analyzing the current load and cycle times of the products and the availability of raw materials, together with the production scheduling area and raw material planner.
2. Elaborate and enforce the monthly Production Plan based on the Commercial Forecast, considering the customer service requirements.
3. Manage the Production Information Flow process between the Commercial area and the Plant.
4. Perform system maintenance in relation to finished goods planning parameters under his/her management.
5. Ensure the availability of manufactured and imported finished products, MTS and MTO, maintaining the inventory level of MTS products and the defined customer service level.
6. Ensure inventory quality by reducing and controlling obsolete and slow-moving inventories.
7. Weekly and daily monitoring of planning orders.
8. Create and convert planning orders into production orders.
9. Create requisitions and performs purchasing control of imported finished goods MTS/ MTO keeping controls and system information up to date, producing statistics, in order to deliver information to management and control its evolution.
10. Responsible for the intercompany flow of incoming and outgoing finished products.
11. Develop and keep up to date the necessary ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management System documents for finished products.
12. Identify and implement improvement opportunities to the company's Planning process.
Who are we looking for?
- Professional in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related positions.
- Knowledge in S&OP, costing, budgeting, supplier management.
- Minimum English level B1.
- Ability to:
