Job Summary
At Tetra Pak, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain extensive business knowledge in a truly global environment. As part of our Future Talent Program – Leadership Track, an 18-month journey designed to empower you to reach your potential while making an impact, you’ll be a valued team member with a development plan tailored specifically to your role.

We are looking for recent grads that are highly driven, have an innovative mindset, an aptitude for problem solving, passion in applying theoretical knowledge to real challenges, strong communication skills and are true team players that enjoy working with people from various cultures.

Suggested majors: Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management or related.

What you will do
.As Future Talent – Sales Analyst you will:
- Prepare the commercial strategy in support of the sales team, using both internal and external sources
- Promote, follow-up and analysis of commercial opportunities based on customer information.
- Maintain regular communication by strengthening the relationship with customers and improving the understanding of their strategies and needs, developing solution proposals, to identify opportunities.
- Apply financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and make strategic decisions
- Understand our product portfolio and value proposition
- Organize, prepare and present workshops to the Market clients
We believe you have
- Talented recent graduation on any of the described majors: Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management or related.
- Interest in equipment and machinery, as well as technical engineering negotiations, all Tetra Pak’s portfolio
- Intermediate or Advanced English level
- Interest in promote sales of all Tetra Pak’s portfolio: Packaging, equipment and machinery, services to make technical quotations and negotiations.
- Nice to have experience in project management
- Experience or knowledge in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Passion for excellence
- Customer centricity
- Interest in taking your career to the next level;
- Finished or will finish your studies between December 2022 and December 2024.
