What you will do
The INNOVATION SPECIALIST JR. is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, establishing project schedules and accomplishing key milestones across Planning, Execution and Monitoring stages. You will also be responsible for managing resources with an end-to-end vision and informing senior management and leadership on project status, financial targets and critical KPIs. As project´s responsible, you will troubleshoot problems, contribute to team efforts, to ensure projects completion on time:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and execute local Innovations in Colombia & Andean countries for strategic Kenvue brands across segments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Trade, Mkt, Finance, Supply) to ensure project success.

• Provide regular updates to senior management and leadership team on project status and performance with financial vision, outside-in insights and future action plans.

• Implement Innovation Process & Governance to company end-to-end strategic, financial and planning cycles, such as: Demand Planning cycles, Integrated Business Plan, Financial Business Plan.

• Continuously evaluate project progress and be agile on adjusting activities to guarantee flawless execution

• Enable Regional and Local Marketing teams efficient communication to guardian project´s process approval

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• Consolidate projects critical data with financial targets, physical availability KPIs and marketing support levers

• Support Innovation Process & Governance diligence and adherence, enabling harmonized way of working across the region, while driving educational agenda across LAN.

Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related.

• 2-4 years of related experience in project management, marketing or a similar role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Critical Thinking: ability to analyze complex situations, anticipate future trends, and develop long-term plans and actions to achieve business goals.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills: ability to use insights and multiple sources of data to make informed decisions based on available information.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Resilient, proactive & troubleshooting skills

• English - medium
