What You Will Do?
Responsible and accountable for overseeing overall brand strategy and execution in CAM delivering brand results in terms of P&L, market share, innovation and activations. This includes working with and aligning with all stakeholders: Marketing, Supply, Finance, RGM, New Business, Innovation, Shopper Marketing, Catman, etc. Accountable for defining and executing brand plan while monitoring critical KPIs, project progress by always maintaining an end to end vision that pursuits continuos improvements.

What You Will Do?
Responsible and accountable for overseeing overall brand strategy and execution in CAM delivering brand results in terms of P&L, market share, innovation and activations. This includes working with and aligning with all stakeholders: Marketing, Supply, Finance, RGM, New Business, Innovation, Shopper Marketing, Catman, etc. Accountable for defining and executing brand plan while monitoring critical KPIs, project progress by always maintaining an end to end vision that pursuits continuos improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess market data and trends, consumer research and competitive activity.
- Uncover local marketing opportunities while aligned to brand´s LAN & local strategy and country´s contribute role within LAN.
- Develop highly advanced financial analysis | RGM and key performance indicators to strengthen a proven successful CAM business model.
- Propose and deliver execution plan covering the brand’s product, price, promotion and place with RGM and Local team. This includes development of Advertising plan with DMx, consumer activations with Shopper, overseeing Professional Program and Trade plan.
- Adapt concepts and approaches for consumer advertising, working in partnership with media, creative and digital agencies.
- Responsible for planning and forecasting demand of designated brands (Listerine – Stayfree – Carefree - OTC).

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years total career experience.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related experience
- Experience in Brand Management, Marketing Capability, RGM, Shopper Marketing or CBI and Analytics
- Advanced English level
- Have a leadership mindset to drive a collaborative attitude to the team.
- Open-minded and creativity to understand current processes.
- Understanding of Financial Concepts, Analytic Tools and RGM.
- Technical skills: MS Office, Teams.
- Professional skills: Ability to make decisions; Perform efficiently and effectively; Deal with multi-source of information. Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communications.
