Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels to contribute to the growth of our business.
MUST have excellent English skills. Both oral and written. You will be working for a U.S. based company and must be able to speak great English without a heavy accent.
Sales Strategy Development:
Use digital marketing channels to generate leads and support sales conversions.
Map out customer journeys from awareness to conversion.
Implement digital marketing strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or lead generation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly. (That applies to sales processes)
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Forecast sales revenue and track against targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes and procedures.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Use analytics tools to measure digital marketing performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
Use digital marketing channels to generate leads and support sales conversions.
