Lead Qualification Analyst
Join Trans-Pro Logistics Inc, a dynamic and rapidly growing third-party Transportation and Logistics provider with over three decades of experience. We specialize in freight services across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, delivering exceptional transportation solutions to our expanding client base.
With headquarters in Montreal and offices in Toronto, Calgary, Mexico, Colombia, and Ukraine, we're looking for proactive candidates to join our remote team as Lead Qualification Analysts.

Your impact:
· Review our account database and gather key details such as client product information and industry specifics.
· Research and identify traffic or logistics managers' contact details.
· Make outbound calls to verify or obtain relevant information.
· Qualify leads based on their potential (e.g., interested, ready-to-move loads).
· Forward qualified leads to our sales team for follow-up.
Your qualifications:
· One position requires fluency in Spanish, and the other requires fluency in both English and Spanish.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
· Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or related roles.
· Proficiency in Excel and databases.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Details:
· Full time (8AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday)
· Part time (8AM – 12PM or 1PM – 5PM, Monday to Friday)
