Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends
- Propose, plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, web, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, etc…
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts and drive results
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance data inform strategies and ensure maximum effectiveness
- Responsible for targeted digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement
- Implement and manage CRM systems (ZOHO CRM or High Level CRM preferred) for enhanced sales and marketing alignment
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across marketing channels and materials
- Develop compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences
- Identify and propose modern marketing tools that will help drive efficiency and results
- At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate or residential construction industry marketing
- Proven ability to manage cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho or High Level preferred) and integration into marketing/sales workflows
- Identify and propose modern marketing tools that will help drive efficiency and results
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines, provide and receive direct feedback, and set ambitious goals.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
