The Role

As a Motion Graphic Designer at Growmodo, your mission is to create visually compelling animated designs that elevate both our brand and our clients' projects. You’ll be responsible for developing social media posts or ads, and illustrations, that effectively create powerful stories that capture and resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Create: Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Animate to craft animated visuals that grab attention and communicate ideas effectively.
• Asset Export Mastery: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with ease to export and manage assets.
• Develop Stunning Motion Graphics: Produce a wide range of animation and motion content for social media, campaigns, and product UI overviews.
• Collaborate & Refine: Work closely with stakeholders, present your designs, and tweak them based on feedback to get everything just right.
• Guide and Optimize: Share insights on design best practices and find ways to make every project shine.

Must-Haves:

• Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Basic knowledge in Canva and Figma.
• Creative Impact: A portfolio filled with designs that have made a real impact in marketing campaigns.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every design is polished and precise.
• Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest design trends and their application in a commercial setting.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
