Bogotá, Colombia (In-Office position, NOT Remote)

For the first time in history, FIs can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our Bogotá, Colombia, office.

The successful candidate will

  • Have strong English written and verbal communication skills

  • Be a self-starter and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Graphic Designer Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling graphics that engage our clients’ members

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand the client’s vision

  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

  • Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design

  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

What you need for this role

  • Associate degree in graphic arts, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Professional portfolio to present

  • Must be able to absorb constructive criticism and take direction from upper management

  • Must be able to work full-time Monday-Friday

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time to meet deadlines

  • while producing high quality work

  • Ability to take initiative, act independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills- including written and verbal

  • Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations

  • Multilingual applicants are a plus

Software Skills Required

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe Lightroom

  • Adobe Indesign

  • Adobe Premiere Pro. (Bonus Points)

  • Adobe After Effects (Bonus Points)

  • Adobe Media Encoder (Bonus Points
