We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Cybersecurity Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role, you will work on behalf of multiple clients, helping them to identify, mitigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for safeguarding information. This position will report to the AVP of Product Implementation.
Responsibilities

• Perform IT audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Execute vulnerability scans to detect and assess security weaknesses across client systems, followed by detailed reporting and remediation strategies
• Lead penetration testing initiatives to simulate real-world attacks, uncovering weaknesses and strengthening clients' security postures
• Manage and implement phishing simulation campaigns to educate clients’ employees on cybersecurity awareness and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and deliver customized cybersecurity training programs, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining security
• Conduct risk assessments for clients to identify vulnerabilities in their information systems. Collaborate with teams to develop governance policies and risk management frameworks that meet industry standards
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations based on audit results and assessments
• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate complex cybersecurity challenges and enhance their overall security posture
• Stay informed on cybersecurity threats and compliance, offering proactive advice to mitigate risks. Analyze threat intelligence to identify potential issues and monitor security systems for real-time incident response
• Lead security breach responses, collaborate with IT to integrate security in system design and Dev Sec Ops, and establish cybersecurity policies while implementing data protection strategies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or IT security consulting roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISM, CRISC, CISA, Comp TIA Security+, CISSP, CEH) are highly desirable
• Experience working within the Kaseya One platform is a plus
• Experience working with financial institutions is a plus
