L3 Funding is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join their office in Medellín. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive earning potential with a goal-based income structure ranging from $6,000,000 to $8,000,000, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify, qualify, and convert potential clients.
• Conduct needs assessments to offer tailored business financing solutions.
• Collect and manage necessary client documentation.
• Navigate and advance the sales process from initial contact to document presentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to our high-performance team culture: we don’t miss our goals.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field.
• Technical proficiency is a big plus. We are a tech-driven company.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and highly organized outreach processes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in business financing or related fields (auto sales, solar sales, debt, home security sales, or telemarketing) is an advantage.
