Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze competitive pricing and compensation trends for talent acquisition. • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions for new hires.
- Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and update compensation structures and policies for new hires.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on pricing and compensation analysis for senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and compensation programs for talent acquisition, making recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and pricing in talent acquisition.
- bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pricing analysis, compensation analysis, or a similar role, preferably in talent acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Professional certification in compensation (e.g., HAY, CCP, GRP).
- Experience in BPO, staffing or HR.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Ubicación: esta posición está disponible en Barranquilla, Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Armenia y Bucaramanga
Disponibilidad L-V 8-6 horario Colombia 100% presencial. Training 100% presencial también.
