Hiring: Project Manager for our Medellin offices. This is a full-time, on-site job.
Position Summary:

elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies and is committed to helping our clientele close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health struggles.

We are growing rapidly and therefore seeking a highly organized and systematic Project Manager for our client services department. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in seamless execution of our client deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope of work.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans using Click Up across 15-20 clients.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording notes.
Keep track of resource allocation and availability, optimizing team productivity.
Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Collaborate closely with department heads to prioritize and plan project tasks.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to communicate key metrics and trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in roles requiring high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, such as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, project manager or similar positions, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Understanding of digital marketing best practices is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Click Up, Trello or Asana.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
