We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our dynamic call center team! As a front-line representative, you will play a key role in assisting new and existing customers by helping them understand our range of plans, identifying the best fit for their needs, and closing the sale. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a passion for sales and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
Competitive base salary (2.700.000) plus Performance Bonus
Indefinite Contract. work for 40 hours week

Experiencia:
Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers via inbound calls to understand their needs and recommend the most appropriate plans.
- Building rapport with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.
- Providing excellent customer service while handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Fluent English (Advanced level) preferable C1
- Experience in inbound sales, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be able to work on-site in Cali, Colombia (south part of the city)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and Saturdays, depending on shift availability.
