Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a talented Sales Support Representative to join our team and assist a prominent U.S.-based logistics company with their sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English proficiency, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively in a way that sounds native to the U.S., both in written and spoken interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team by managing initial customer inquiries and qualifying leads.
- Conduct virtual assessments to collect essential information that supports the sales process.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with potential clients.
- Provide prospective customers with detailed information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Follow up with prospects and clients as directed by the sales team.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer journey and overall sales experience.
Typing Skills: Completion of a typing test demonstrating high accuracy and speed.
Language Proficiency: Strong English skills, proven by a language proficiency test.
Experience: 1-2 years in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Ability to sound local to the U.S. in both written and spoken communication.
Location: Based in Colombia.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and remote work software is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly Salary: $1,600 Dollars (Negotiable based on experience).
