Job Description

• Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) Service Now applications and services.
• Delivers new functionality across applications.
• Administration and configuration of existing Service Now modules.
• Adapting existing Service Now modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs.
• Developing integrations.
• Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 2 years + of Service Now Development experience
• Service Now Administration experience.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP/WSDL, REST).
• Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS.
• Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems.
• Experience in using Java Script, HTML and CSS is a plus.
• English level (B2).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
