Bilingual Pet-Sitting Assistant - Remote Position in Colombia
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) remote Virtual Office Assistant with experience in pet care to join our team at Sitter4Paws.
This role also involves customer service and onboarding responsibilities, assisting with daily calls, emails, and chatbot inquiries.
Key Details:

• Salary: $900 USD per month.
• Work Hours: 45 hours per week.
• Availability: Must be available to work all major holidays (including Christmas and New Year), Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Location: Remote (must work in the Pacific Time Zone).
• Business Hours: 7 AM to 8 PM PDT.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both spoken and written English. If your English is not fluent & perfect, please do not apply.
• Previous pet-sitting or pet care experience is required.
• Must be able to answer calls and emails and manage chatbot interactions during business hours (8 AM - 8 PM Pacific Time).
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace is required (no roommates or other interruptions).
• Excellent customer service and organization skills are essential.

Additional Information:

• This is a remote position, and all work will be done from home.
• Interviews will be conducted via ZOOM.
