Solutions Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Location: Argentina, Colombia, Mexico.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Hybrid to our BA office on-site, one day a week preferred, or Remote.

The Role
The ideal candidate for the Solutions Specialist position will learn deep knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud and the ability to offer best-in-class consulting to Devs United's internal and external clients.

Collaborate with the CRM & Marketing Automation team to conduct discovery sessions with customers, documenting business requirements.
Assist the CRM & Marketing Automation team with the configuration of components in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as automation, email campaigns, customer journeys and others
Ensure the quality of the overall solution / provide solution best practices and guidelines for the CRM & Marketing Automation team.
Prepare technical/functional documentation.
Collaborate with the client and internal teams to perform your role successfully
Manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools necessary for data manipulation and sending emails.

Standard Qualifications

1+ years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or similar environment.
Experience documenting requirements or meeting notes.
Has participated in projects using Project Management methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Waterfall.
Experience with Marketing Automation or CRM tools such as Hubspot, Mail Chimp, Zoho, or others.
Great communication and organization skills. Attention to detail.
