We are looking for Gaming Team Leaders!
Job Description: Serve as a point of contact between the client and the organization to communicate information related to the product and the procedures, in order to provide adequate assistance that has an impact on the experience with the product.
Requirements:

• Passion for working with excellence and results-oriented through ethical processes
• University studies in Business Administration or similar
• Previous experience as supervisor in the industry
• Advanced English level (80% or more)
• Full schedule availability.
• Full on site position in Medellín.
• Interested in sports.
• Previous experience in costumer service or retention.
