The ideal candidate for this role is an empathetic, professional with experience in Coaching skills. Committed to achieving positive and equitable outcomes for team members and eager to both learn and upskill teams. The Trainer provides on-site support to the new hires in terms of the LOB product. Ensures fidelity to the program models and excellent performance. This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities:

• Develop plans in order to coach new hires regarding the product assign, making sure the needs of each agent are meet in order to reach their goals through follow ups.
• 
  Evaluate and provide feedback to the new hires in order to develop the necessary skills for them to apply on their performance.
• 
  Provide support and mantain an open communication with his trainees that allows them to identifiy opportunity areas and plan ahead of them.

Conditions:
Basic Salary: 3'000.000 COP
Schedule: 46h per Week
