Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive language training sessions, focusing on both spoken and written language skills, using video conferencing platforms
- Create engaging lesson plans and materials that cater to the individual needs and expectations of students
- Adapt teaching techniques and learning styles based on the skill level and learning preferences of each student
- Collaborate with the team to develop, evaluate, and enhance training courses, materials, and related services
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a neutral accent and natural fluency in the English & Spanish language
- Strong listening skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students
- Education Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in English/Spanish language, literature or any related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success
