Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Management:
- Process work orders in the TMS, attach documents, and input data manually.
- Verify EDI data for accuracy in ratings, surcharges, and pricing.
2. Cargo Tracking and Updates:
- Track import/export containers and update their status.
- Monitor terminal systems to ensure timely cargo updates.
3. Customer Reporting:
- Generate and deliver customized reports based on work orders and system data,
ensuring they meet customer requirements.
4. Cross-Training and Backup:
- Adjust shifts to cover absences and provide backup support during peak times.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Work with the team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce data
entry/reporting errors.
Requirements:
● 6 months of USA Logistics experience
● Able to work from 3am to mid day the next day
● English level B2+ or above
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Willingness to learn
● Excellent organizational skills
● Located at Mall Vizcaya - Medellin
● USA calendar and USA time zone of client
● Night shift 3am to Midday monday to friday
