Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Remote (transitioning to in-office once office space is leased)
Job Type: Contract to hire, full time
Salary: 1.500.000 - 6.000.000 COP / month based on experience and skills
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Executive Assistant to support a CEO who runs multiple companies in the USA and is starting to do business in Colombia. The ideal candidate should be ready to jump in and assist with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects
• Step in and fill various roles as needed across multiple companies
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communication with stakeholders
• Provide top-tier customer service via phone, text, and email
• Help find and set up office spaces, including leasing, shopping for equipment, and furnishing
• Set up utilities and ensure bills are paid on time
• Coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and tax professionals
• Assist with social media management and marketing tasks
• Interview and help hire additional team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (C1 or higher preferred, B2 considered)
• Comfortable with technology and digital tools
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• A self-starter who is adaptable and can handle a wide variety of tasks
• Interest in learning and growing within a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
